IV. Terms of Use

All content (photos of completed projects, cost estimates, texts) is the intellectual property of LLC "RSU". Copying without consent is prohibited.

The User undertakes not to use automated software (scripts, parsers) to collect data from the Website.

V. Personal Account

Clients receive access to online monitoring of the facility and viewing of photo reports.

The Administrator is not liable for damages caused by the User's loss of password to the personal account.

VI. Complaint Procedure

All claims regarding the functioning of the service are accepted at the email: rsu.ukraine@gmail.com.

The timeframe for resolving a complaint is 14 calendar days.

2. Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

We process: Last name, first name, phone number, e-mail, address of the renovation facility, and cookie data.

  • Submit a justified demand regarding the change or destruction of your data if processed illegally or if incorrect.

LLC "RSU" takes all necessary technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data, including encryption of video transmission channels in the personal account.
